Keeping familiar routines can help your cat feel more secure when they are away from home.
My aim is not to completely change your cat’s world while you are travelling.
Instead, I want to create a home away from home in Dubai where they can enjoy their holiday with as little disruption as possible.
I Pay Attention to the Little Things
As a cat sitter, I know that cats cannot tell us when something doesn’t feel right.
That’s why I pay attention to their behaviour and daily habits.
During their stay, I keep an eye on things such as:
- Are they eating normally?
- Are they drinking enough water?
- Are they using their litter tray normally?
- Are they comfortable?
- Are they behaving as usual?
- Are they playing and interacting?
- Do they seem happy and relaxed?
These little observations are important because changes in appetite, drinking, litter tray habits or behaviour can sometimes be early signs that something isn’t quite right.
Your cat’s wellbeing is always my priority.
Medication and Special Care
If your cat requires medication during their stay, I am also able to provide medication as arranged with you and according to your veterinarian’s instructions.
This can include oral medication and injections where appropriate.
I understand how worrying it can be to leave a cat that requires medication while you are travelling, so I want you to have peace of mind knowing that their care routine can continue while they are staying with us.
Daily Photos and Videos While You Are Away
I know that one of the hardest things about travelling without your cat is missing them.
